I have really thick hair, and it seems like the second I wash it, the knots show up ready for battle. I used this after my shower, brushing through my hair was so much easier than usual. It didn’t make my hair feel greasy or weighed down either, which is always my biggest worry.
I’ve tried plenty of products that promised a lot and then basically did nothing, so I wasn’t expecting much. But this one actually helped, and it smells really nice too. I’ll definitely be buying it again

It does smell good, but it’s a little too sweet and strong for my kid some days. I also wasn’t thrilled that the terms seemed to change after I ordered, which was kind of annoying. Overall it’s fine, just not exactly what I expected...

I looked through the ingredients and, like I said, they seem mostly fine to me. There were just a couple I wasn’t totally sure about, and like I said, I’d really appreciate clearer info on the site. Overall it’s not bad, I just wish it was a bit easier to understand

"Finally something that doesn’t bother her scalp"
I got this for my daughter because the usual shampoos were making her scalp itchy, and it was starting to feel like some of those “kid-friendly” products aren’t as gentle as they claim. This one has been much better so far, and she doesn’t fuss when I wash her hair anymore.
The scent is really nice without being overpowering, which I appreciate since it’s for a kid. It also helps with tangles, so brushing her hair after bath time isn’t the usual battle.
Ordering was simple and it arrived in good shape. I’ll keep using it during the school week because it’s been a lot easier on her hair and scalp

"I liked it overall, but it did..."
I liked it overall, but it did leave some greasy residue behind. Not a huge deal, and it still worked fine, but yeah, I noticed it right away. I’d probably use it again, just maybe not when I’m in a rush or wearing something I don’t want to get oily.

"Good stuff that feels more natural"
I like that the ingredients seem more natural, the biggest win is that my kid actually likes it. That makes things so much easier for me. It’s a relief finding something I feel good about giving them, and that really means a lot.

"Felt like a solid buy"
I ordered from fairytaleshaircare.com for my kids, it just felt like a good choice once I started using the products. The prices seemed fair compared to other hair care stuff I’ve picked up before, and I was surprised the bottles lasted as long as they did. Shipping wasn’t lightning fast or anything, but it was totally fine. I’m giving it 4 stars mostly because my gut says I’d be even happier if they had more deals or discounts now and then. Still, for the quality, it feels worth it.

"Curls were fine, just not my favorite"
My curls did have some definition, so it’s not like the product did nothing. They looked okay at first, but by the evening they got frizzy. Maybe it works better for other hair types, but for me it was just fine, not amazing.

I wasn’t totally convinced this would do much, but my hair does seem a lot calmer when I use it. It’s not some miracle fix or anything, since I still get puffiness on really humid days, but overall my frizz is definitely better than before.

I used this on my daughter’s hair the other day, or maybe it was last week, and it really did make combing through the knots a lot easier. There was way less crying than usual, and the tangles seemed to come out fast once I started working through them.

I’m really happy with this because bath time used to be such a struggle for us. Now there are finally no tears, and it makes the whole routine so much easier.

"my Daughter’s hair is SO soft now"
I picked this up for my daughter because her hair gets dry and tangled so fast. After just a few washes, it feels a lot softer and is way easier to brush through. It doesn’t feel heavy or greasy either, which i really like. Happy with it overall and I’ll probably buy it again.

My hair did feel softer after using this, so I’ll give it that. But I’m a little suspicious of how much moisture it’s actually adding because my ends still felt like they needed more. It’s decent, just not perfect.

After using it a few times, my scalp felt a lot more comfortable. It didn’t have that tight, irritated, kind of burning feeling I’ve gotten from some other products. And my hair still felt clean, so that was a nice bonus.
It’s not like some magic fix or anything, but it did help my scalp feel normal again, which I’ll take. I’d definitely buy it again.

"A decent wash day, but my curls didn’t stay happy"
I picked up Fairytales Hair Care hoping it would be a nice little boost for my curls. On wash day, things started off well, my hair felt clean, the scent was really pleasant without being overpowering, and once it dried, it did feel a bit softer than usual. I was feeling hopeful for a minute. But by the next morning, my curls had kind of lost the plot. The frizz was back, and they didn’t have that fresh, bouncy look I was hoping for. It wasn’t a terrible experience by any means, just not quite the magic I wanted. I’ll finish the bottle since it’s not bad, but I’m not sure I’d go out of my way to buy it again

"I thought this shampoo did a good..."
I thought this shampoo did a good job cleaning my hair without making it feel stripped or greasy afterward. It did take a little longer to rinse out than I expected, so I’m curious if anyone else noticed that too. Overall, though, I liked it and would probably keep using it.

"Works fine, but the pump is a little annoying"
The bottle arrived safely, so no complaints there, and the packaging was decent enough. I started using it and the product itself is fine, but the pump does stick every now and then. When it happens, it can make a small mess, which is kind of frustrating when you’re just trying to use it quickly. Overall, it works, but I do wish the bottle was a bit easier and cleaner to use

The site was easy to use overall, but some of this did feel a little slow. I had to click around a bit to find that one thing I was looking for. Checkout worked fine in the end, so it wasn’t a big deal. Not bad, just not the smoothest shopping site I’ve used.

My order did arrive, but it showed up later than expected. The tracking info updated along the way, which I appreciated, but I still felt like there should’ve been some kind of apology or acknowledgment for the delay.
